Sleep Life Balance Club is a monthly editorial subscription designed to reframe the user experience of insomnia. Addressing the anxiety often caused by a fixation on sleep, the project aims to redirect attention during the lonely hours of the night.

By offering curated content that engages rather than demands, the editorial removes the psychological burden of "trying to sleep." It transforms the night from a period of stress into a space for reflection, allowing rest to occur naturally by deconstructing the user's obsession with the act itself.
